I was born in Baltimore, Maryland. Go O's!
What is your education background?
I graduated from Eastern Technical High School in Essex, Maryland where I was introduced to media via a multimedia communications track and went on to earn my Bachelors degree in Film Studies from the University of North Carolina in Wilmington.
What do you love about video and creative storytelling?
My favorite part of video and creative storytelling is the passion behind the process. Being entrusted with these stories is not something that I take lightly, and while it is easy to create something beautiful (I mean Hawaii is our backdrop, after all) it's the research, care, and smaller nuances that make storytelling so special to me. The ability to share a story that is truly unique through image, sound, and mixed media is something I look forward to each day.
What are you up to these days?
These days you can find me swimming in the ocean, laying on the beach, hiking with friends, checking out the local music scene, petting dogs, and always searching for the best burrito on the island.
Share an interesting fact about yourself
Although I have two older brothers, I am the one always watching and talking about sports. I was fortunate enough to be able to attend Ray Lewis' last home game at M&T Bank Stadium in Baltimore, MD and I even met Cal Ripken at the airport. Hometown heroes for the win.
